Januar 2025 zu verbieten, wurden innerhalb der zahn\u00e4rztlichen Berufsgruppe Bedenken hinsichtlich der m\u00f6glichen Auswirkungen auf die zahn\u00e4rztlichen Dienste in Gro\u00dfbritannien ge\u00e4u\u00dfert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Silberamalgam ist das prim\u00e4re Material, das innerhalb des NHS in Gro\u00dfbritannien f\u00fcr permanente F\u00fcllungen verwendet wird. F\u00fcllungen machen etwa ein Viertel aller NHS-Behandlungen in England aus, wobei Amalgam bei etwa einem Drittel dieser Verfahren verwendet wird, wie die British Dental Association (BDA) berichtet hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die k\u00fcrzliche Annahme eines Vorschlags der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission zur \u00dcberarbeitung der Quecksilberverordnung am 14. Januar 2025 \u2013 f\u00fcnf Jahre fr\u00fcher als urspr\u00fcnglich erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-storungen-und-hohere-kosten\">St\u00f6rungen und h\u00f6here Kosten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die BDA hat Bedenken hinsichtlich der potenziellen St\u00f6rungen und der gestiegenen Kosten ge\u00e4u\u00dfert, die diese Entscheidung mit sich bringen k\u00f6nnte, insbesondere f\u00fcr Nordirland, das den h\u00f6chsten Anteil an gef\u00fcllten Z\u00e4hnen unter allen britischen Nationen aufweist.
